About Me
I am a lifelong Texan and proud to call Burleson home. I have been happily married for 29 years to a wonderful woman, Jamie. We are blessed to have 5 wonderful children; 2 biological and 3 adopted through the foster care system. We fostered countless children over a twenty year time frame.
My family and I have been attending Grace Church for over ten years. My Christian values are the foundation for all that I do and that I am.
I have been in public service for nearly thirty years as a Ft. Worth Police Officer, Legislative Delegate and more. I hope to continue that service when I earn your vote in the Runoff Election on June 5th.
I cannot do that without your help. Voting is critical now and in all elections. Grab 5 friends and vote June 5th at Burleson City Hall or early vote using the dates listed above.
Thank you for your support!
Jimmy Stanford

“I worked under Jimmy when he was my Sergeant. He always had a positive attitude and was one of my favorite people to work for. Jimmy uses a commonsense approach to getting things done and makes decisions that were always in the best interest of the community. He is relentless in doing the right thing, straight-forward and never shies away from difficult issues.”
